The AI is trained to recognize when a question is outside its scope. It will politely tell the lead that a team member will follow up shortly, and Arbitro will notify you via push notification so you can take over the conversation manually.

Yes. Every conversation is logged in the Arbitro inbox. You can review transcripts, see qualification scores, and read exactly what the AI said at each step.

How do I pause the AI for a specific conversation?

There is a toggle on every conversation thread. Flip it off and the AI stops responding — the conversation is now entirely yours. Flip it back on to resume AI handling.

Does the AI work outside business hours?

Yes — that is the whole point. The AI responds 24/7, including evenings and weekends. You can configure different response tones for after-hours (e.g., 'We will confirm your appointment first thing tomorrow morning').
