Last updated: June 13, 2026. This Privacy Policy describes how The Reine Group LLC, d/b/a Arbitro ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 77 Holstone Ln, Willingboro, NJ 08046, collects, uses, and protects your information when you interact with our service.

1. Information We Collect


From end users (people who contact a contractor via Arbitro)


  • Phone number — collected when you send an SMS to an Arbitro-powered number
  • Message content — the text of your inbound and outbound messages
  • Conversation history — stored to provide context for follow-up messages
  • Opt-in/opt-out status — tracked per phone number

From contractor customers (businesses using Arbitro)


  • Account information (name, email, business name)
  • Billing information (processed via Stripe — we do not store card numbers)
  • Agent configuration and calendar integrations

2. How We Use Your Information


  • To deliver AI-generated responses to inbound messages on behalf of contractor businesses
  • To maintain conversation context and continuity
  • To route leads and book appointments as configured by the contractor
  • To comply with carrier regulations and TCPA opt-out requirements
  • To improve service quality and AI response accuracy

3. AI Processing


Message content is processed by AI models (including Anthropic's Claude) to generate responses on behalf of contractor businesses. The Reine Group LLC does not use your messages to train third-party AI models without consent. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete — the contractor business you contacted remains responsible for any commitments made.


4. SMS Data and Carrier


Arbitro, operated by The Reine Group LLC, uses Telnyx as its SMS carrier. Message content and phone numbers are transmitted through Telnyx's infrastructure and subject to their privacy practices. Your mobile information — including your phone number and SMS opt-in consent — will not be sold or shared with any third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes.


To stop receiving messages from an Arbitro-powered number, reply STOP. Your number will be added to our suppression list and no further messages will be sent from that number. To opt back in, reply START. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help and STOP to opt out at any time.


5. Data Sharing


The Reine Group LLC does not sell your personal information. We share data only with:


  • Telnyx — SMS carrier (message delivery)
  • Anthropic — AI response generation
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Supabase — database infrastructure
  • Law enforcement when required by applicable law

6. Data Retention


Conversation data is retained for as long as the contractor account is active plus 90 days. Upon account cancellation, data is deleted within 30 days. Opt-out records are retained indefinitely to honor suppression requests.


7. Security


The Reine Group LLC uses industry-standard encryption (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest) to protect your data. No system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.


8. Your Rights


You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA. To exercise your rights, contact us at the address below.


9. Changes to This Policy


We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
